It's always easier the second time around. That's how I felt all day yesterday. Kale/Pineapple smoothie for breakfast with green tea. Grilled chicken breast with veggies for lunch. Some decaf tea in the afternoon followed by a Peach/Almond Butter smoothie for dinner. I didn't even wake up hungry which was a huge surprise.
I've fired up the morning yoga sun salutation too. It's amazing how it gets you going first thing in the morning. Onward...
